Mom's Organic pre-order policy

Welcome to our pre-order policy. We appreciate the trust you place in Mom's Organic and want to keep you as well informed as possible about our pre-order products. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order that includes a pre-order product.

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order product is an item that can be ordered in advance, before it is in stock. This gives you, as a customer, the opportunity to be the first to reserve exclusive or soon-to-be-available products.

Shipping times for pre-orders

Although we do our best to deliver pre-order products as quickly as possible, processing and shipping a pre-order can take 1 to 2 weeks longer than usual. This is because we depend on external suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

We do our utmost to meet the estimated delivery times. However, Mom's Organic is not responsible for delays beyond our control, such as delays in production, logistics or other unforeseen circumstances.

Orders containing pre-order products

If your order contains both pre-order products and regular products, everything will be shipped together once all items are available. Would you like the regular products to be shipped sooner? Please contact our customer service to discuss the options. Keep in mind that additional shipping costs may apply.

Returns and refund policy

We want to keep our customers as happy as possible, but refunds for pre-order products are unfortunately not possible. Once a pre-order has been placed, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled or refunded.
