Aqua, 28% magnesium chloride, 3% dimethyl sulfoxide.

How to use

For muscle cramps and rheumatic complaints, apply generously to the skin, massage in and stretch the muscles. Repeat until relaxation occurs within a few minutes. Use the oil as often as desired. Rinse off with water if you wish. A slight tingling and warm sensation is normal and will lessen as the oil is used more often. Moisten the skin before use to reduce

this sensation.
