| Bath: |
| Dissolve 500 to 800 grams of magnesium crystals |
| in warm running water. Duration: 20-25 minutes. |

| Foot bath: |
| Dissolve 125 grams of magnesium crystals in |
| 3 liters of warm water. Duration: 20-30 minutes. |
| Preferably 1 to 2 times a day and in the evening |
| before going to bed. Also suitable |
| for use by children. |
